TH Real Estate, an affiliate of TIAA Global Asset Management’s investment arm Nuveen, acquired Savanna’s retail condominium on the ground floor of 10 Madison Square West. The 20,619 s/f retail condo is fully leased. Savanna purchased the condo from the building’s developers, The Witkoff Group and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in 2014 for $60 million. Savanna recently leased 16,000 s/f (including 4,000 s/f basement) of the space to Pet Smart

Avison Young’s Fairfield/Westchester office has been named the exclusive leasing agent for New Canaan Medical Arts Center at 23 Vitti Street. Developed by CH Vitti Street Associates LLC, an affiliate of Cambridge Hanover, and Collins Enterprises of Greenwich. The new, two-story medical center will include a public courtyard, 2,000 s/f of medical space on the first floor and 7,000 s/f on the second, plus a luxury residential component consisting of eight apartments in a separate building.

The Interstate North Office Park will be renamed Pennant Park. Rubenstein purchased the property a year ago for $87 million. Leasing for the North Office Park is being handled by Cushman & Wakefield

Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobsen, a law firm headquartered at 1 New York Plaza in Manhattan, recently renovated its 300,000 s/f office space. The nearly 130-year-old firm spans nine floors. Jonathan Mechanic, chairman of the firm’s real estate department, took the Commercial Observer on a tour of the new, Gensler-designed space, which features lounges for workers that offer TV’s, views of New York Harbor, snacks and diner-style neon signs.
