The group is consolidating its warehouses around the city and moving to 535 Zerega Avenue in the Castle Hill section. Owned by Simone Development, the space has ceilings that are more than 21 feet high, plus five overhead doors. New York Road Runners sponsors the NYC Marathon and around 65 other events a year.

There is interest in converting the Kahn building to a residential and retail development.
