We also get a look at what it’s like to own one of NYC’s landmark office buildings– the Seagram Building, which is always being updated to keep it relevant, modern and active. The building always commands one of the highest rents in town. RFR recently added a 35,000-square-foot playground with amenity and sports areas, meeting spaces to the lower level, and is also working on upgrading the restaurants at the building.
