The former Regenstein's department store in Atlanta, Georgia is getting a $20 million makeover by owner Marx Realty. The 100-year-old Art Deco building at 207 Peachtree Street will be renamed "The Department Building," and Marx will market the property to a creative class company that would benefit from access to MARTA and surrounding stores and restaurants.
