The 24-story apartment was built in the late '80s and recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation to include outdoor spaces, amenity upgrades, apartment remodels and a lobby makeover. The main attraction of the building is the expansive "park" rebuilt above the building's parking garage. River North Park features 400 units split between studios to two-bedrooms, and 22 two-floor townhomes.
