Last has been involved in the last six of the 20 largest leasing transactions in New York City, including two of the year’s biggest deals. One is the McGraw Hill Financial 900,000 SF lease at 55 Water Street, and Swiss bank UBS AG in an 891,000 SF lease at 1285 Sixth Avenue.

The Avison Young project management team in Morristown, NJ has been selected to spearhead the relocation of iCMS to Bell Works. The human resources recruitment software provider will move into 340,000 SF at the new mixed-use development in Holmdel, NJ at the beginning of Summer 2017. The AY team will handle project management services such as hiring consultants, overall design and construction, office furniture selection, and relocation coordination.
