Seppi Colloredo-Mansfeld is one of the Commercial Observer’s Top 30 Leasing and Sales Brokers under 30. He joined Hines, the investment, development and management firm, after graduating from Yale University in 2013, and has been a key player in several significant endeavors. Seppi has been directly involved in the acquisition or disposition of 5.5 million square feet of office assets in Manhattan, with a total valuation exceeding $4.15 billion. In his first major project for the firm, Seppi was actively involved in the development and disposition of the 30-story office development 7 Bryant Park.

Senior Project Engineer Edith Coco and Principal Qi Ye authored a two-part article in STRUCTURE magazine on the seismic evaluation and retrofit design for the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge in New York City. The 80-year-old bridge complex, which comprises nearly two dozen structures, is one of the largest in the United States. Thornton Tomasetti performed seismic and wind evaluations of the structures as part of the MTA Bridges and Tunnels ongoing safety program.

A fund managed by Jonathan Rose, a New York investor that specializes in mixed-income housing, has acquired a 26-story apartment tower at 2101 S. Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The property was purchased in a JV with Ansonia Properties, which will manage the building.
