1144 Fifteenth is the tallest office building to be constructed in Denver in 30 years. Open for tenant occupancy this March, the building is already 65 percent leased, with tenants excited about a second-story tenant lounge features a welcoming fireplace, comfortable seating and workspaces for employees to hold informal meetings, relax or catch up with colleagues. A sophisticated 5,000-sf fitness center was designed to encourage health and wellness.
