He was recently promoted at EW Howell Construction Group to project executive, after being project manager. Luis Valcarcel, an alumnus of the Fashion Institute of Technology, is featured in its alumni magazine, Hue for his work at Ted Moudis Associates on the Royal Bank of Canada. Ted Moudis was hired to redesign the conference and training center for the bank in Jersey City. The visual piece highlights five design points that make the project special including glass walls, the use of blue, RBC’s signature color, and a pantry.

Compass has signed another 25,000 s/f lease for two additional floors at RFR’s 90 Fifth Avenue. The technology-driven real estate platform now occupies 115,000 s/f floors 3-11, more than quadrupling its presence since the initial move in summer 2014. Compass was represented in the transaction by Ethan Silverstein of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, RFR Realty, was represented in house by Gregg Popkin and AJ Camhi as well as the JLL team of Jon Fanuzzi, Mitch Konsker, Dan Turkewitz and Adam Haber.
