Developer GTIS Partners has filed an amendment with the NY Attorney General’s office to declare its offering plan effective for the luxury Upper West Side condominium, 101 West 78th Street. To-date, the project is just under the 40% in-contract mark. Stephen Sills is the interior designer for the project.

Savanna, a NYC-based real estate investment manager, owner/operator, and developer, announces the completion of its leasing campaign at 434 Broadway. Two recent leases signed at the nine-story office and retail building in the Soho neighborhood bring the occupancy rate to 100%. Elysium Health, a consumer health company, inked a 7,205 s/f lease, with a team from JLL representing Savanna in the deal. Modern Post, LLC, a full-service post-production company, also signed a 10-year lease for the entire fourth floor, consisting of 7,230 square feet.

A team from CBRE’s Melville office represented Joss Realty Partners in its $75.5 million sale of a nearly 220,000 s/f property at 60 Charles Lindbergh Boulevard in Uniondale, NY. The office building is fully leased through 2036 by Nassau County, which operates its Health and Human Services divisions at the asset. The buyer, Salus Federal Properties, was represented by Will Bradley of CBRE’s Richmond, Va. office.
