Marx Realty’s office at 10 Grand Central snagged a finalist spot in the “coolest new construction” category. The real estate management and development firm created a 1930s hotel–like feel, installing polished concrete floors, black steel–framed windows and brushed-brass fixtures. The office also has a 2,200-square-foot outdoor terrace.
