Mercedes Vega has served as Great Ink’s office manager for more than two decades. In her role, she oversees the day-to-day office operations and manages payroll, human resources and accounts receivable/payable. She also provides onboarding and continued support to the company’s account executives.

Mercedes, having developed an understanding of the firm’s clients during her time at the company, is a valuable resource. She is also a true problem solver, always finding a solution and ensuring that the office operates seamlessly.

Prior to joining Great Ink in 1996, Mercedes spent seven years in the market research department at Helmsley-Spear, where she compiled real estate statistics for brokerage professionals and supported the sales and marketing efforts. When she is not at work, you can find Mercedes on a dance floor or at a concert. She is a Bronx native who recently made the pilgrimage to New Jersey with her husband and beloved Silky Terrier.
