Lindsay Tanney spoke with Simone Development Companies’ president Joe Simone and currnent tenants about the center for News 12’s “Rebuilding the Bronx” series.
The 300,000+ SF shopping center is 99% leased, anchored by Target and TJ Maxx. Built on the site of an old post office transfer facility, the Throggs Neck Shopping Center has created more than 300 permanent retail jobs in the borough.
