Property management company FirstService Residential has been appointed property manager for Front & York, a new mixed-use residential property in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The property comprises 480 high-end condominium residences, resort-class amenities and 150,000 square feet of retail space. FSR was first retained by ownership in July 2017 to provide pre-development consulting services including design drawing review for front and back of house operations, amenities, and initial budget development.
Populous

Sports-architecture firm Populous has been tapped by Pegula Sports & Entertainment to design the new Buffalo Bills stadium, set to open in 2026. Populous will be lead designer and architect of record on the project. The new stadium will be built next to the team’s practice facility and current home, Highmark Stadium, in suburban Orchard Park, N.Y. The new open-air stadium is expected to hold 65,000-67,000 fans.

The Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce highlights View’s Immersive Display, which allows the company’s windows to be turned into an interactive surface, like a tablet or smartphone. Immersive Display is being installed at Amazon.com’s Redmond, Washington office, and is also used at Parque Kirkland.

Kimmerle Group completed the design of PLT Health Solutions’ new 14,000-SF headquarters at 119 Headquarters Plaza. PLT is a maker of healthy ingredients for food and wellness products. Kimmerle Newman Architects and Kimmerle Workspace oversaw furniture selection and procurement and carried out branding and graphics, guiding PLT through decisions on how to make the space feel new and fresh while integrating existing items, many of which were still in good condition and could add to the texture and warmth of the office.

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester (BOMA) has announced that Simone Development Companies and Argent Ventures and will be the honorees at BOMA’s 30th Annual Hall of Honor Awards Dinner to be held Thursday, May 12 at Abigail Kirsch at Tappan Hill in Tarrytown. The honorees will be recognized for their contributions to Westchester’s economy.

Retail by MONA worked with Showfields to bring its distinctive retail format to Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood, with a new 11,500-SF lease at 187 Kent Avenue. Showfields, which currently operates a store in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood, another in Miami, and a pop-up in Los Angeles, emphasizes emerging, mission-driven brands, while also carrying growth and heritage brands. The focus is on wellness, home, food and beverage, beauty, ready-to-wear, and accessories brands — and changing the lineup every six months.
