Marx Realty has announced the expansion of Merchants Bancorp at 10 Grand Central. The bank holding company has more than doubled its presence at the building, growing to 18,000-SF from its existing 8,700-SF. Savills’ Chris Foerch brokered the deal for Merchants. Additionally, TMF Group, a global professional services firm signed a new lease for 6,000-SF at on the 34th floor of 10 Grand Central, moving from 3,000-SF on the ninth floor.
