As part of its South Concourse Terminal expansion project, Missoula Montana Airport has installed View Smart Windows to lower its carbon footprint and improve the passenger experience. The windows use artificial intelligence to automatically adjust in response to outdoor conditions, providing continuous views of the surrounding Missoula Valley and Northern Rockies while blocking heat and glare to optimize passenger comfort and reduce energy consumption from lighting and HVAC by as much as 20%.

CBRE arranged the first new lease at 441 Ninth Ave., the 700,000-square-foot Far West Side office tower, since CommonWealth Partners acquired the property in December for $1.033 billion. Digital asset and crypto technology firm Fireblocks inked a 10,000-square-foot lease for new pre-built space on the 15th floor of the property. CBRE’s Evan Haskell leads the team spearheading leasing at 441 Ninth on behalf of CommonWealth Partners. The CBRE team of Rocco Laginestra and Rob Wizenberg represented Fireblocks.

The Praedium Group acquired Lenox Clear Lake, a 380-unit luxury community in Houston from OHT Partners. This is Praedium’s second buy in the Houston metro area. The property consists of traditional flats as well as two-story townhouse configurations. The apartments are equipped with modern kitchens and appliances, granite countertops, walk-in closets and washers and dryers, as well as a suite of amenities.

The 14-story project at 1940 Turnbull Avenue, the 14-story project will be designated for ages 62 years or older, with 30 percent of the units set aside for seniors who were formerly homeless.
