An article in Real Estate Capital USA reports on the new partnership formed by T30 Capital and Blueprint Capital Advisors that will originate mid-market senior bridge and construction loans on behalf of experienced and emerging minority and women-owned CRE owners in the northeastern U.S. The partnership will focus on multifamily, mixed-use and hotel, and industrial projects.

View, Inc.’s Smart Glass has been installed at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport’s new “Eighth Concourse” at Terminal 4, also known as T4 S1. The 275,000-square-foot expansion was designed by SmithGroup and Corgan to take advantage of the terminal’s natural light and picturesque view. View Smart Glass plays an integral role in PHX’s plans to elevate the passenger experience and achieve LEED Silver certification.

Treeline, a New York-based real estate firm, acquired 80 acres at 2830 U.S. Highway 421 N in Wilmington, NC from OmniSource LLC. The deal marks Treeline’s second investment in the region; last year, the company purchased two industrial buildings at 3700 and 3720 U.S. Highway 421 N. for $9 million from the Burgess Corporation. Treeline plans to develop a modern industrial park at 2830 U.S. Highway 421 N, and plans also include the rehab of an existing 115,000-SF industrial facility.

Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein, an intellectual property law firm, has signed a long-term, 11,000-SF lease at RFR and Signa Group’s Chrysler Building. RFR will build out the space to the law firm’s specifications. The law firm is relocating from 90 Park Avenue.
