The New York Post’s Realty Check column reports on recent leasing activity at RAL Development Services’ Zero Irving in Manhattan’s Union Square. A 25,000-SF lease with Dick’s Sporting Goods brings the 21-story, 176,000-SF property to about 90% leased. Dick’s is the parent company of GameChanger, a top-rated youth platform for live streaming and other sports interaction; the company will occupy the 17th and 18th floors of Zero Irving. Meanwhile, Urban Space food hall opened in a 10,000-SF spot in December. Zero Irving, the brainchild of RAL Development Services, JRE Partners and architecture firm Davis Brody Bond. Read the story.

The New York Post’s Realty Check column reports on Fried Frank’s move of its midtown conference center. The law firm is moving and expanding the center from The Seagram Building at 375 Park Avenue to Park Tower Group’s 535 Madison Ave. The 15-year lease for 14,375 square feet is for the entire 10th floor. Fried Frank’s home base remains at One New York Plaza downtown.
