Simone Development Companies recently leased more than 4,000 sq. ft. of retail space at Post Road Plaza in Port Chester, N.Y. New tenants include Cake franchise Nothing Bundt Cakes, which signed a 1,760 sq. ft. lease, European Wax Center, and Nailed It Spa. The nearly 63,000-sq.-ft. strip center is anchored by a 40,572-sq.-ft. LA Fitness was recently renovated. There is currently 1,000 sq. ft. of inline retail and a 3,485-sq.-ft. end cap space available at the property. Joanna Simone, principal and president of leasing and property management operations at Simone Development, arranged the transactions on behalf of ownership, along with Scott Meshil and Karnit Mosberg of Royal Properties, Inc., exclusive leasing agents for Post Road Plaza.
