DispatchHealth, an at-home medical provider, signed a 3,700-SF lease at Marx Realty’s One Glover, a 110K SF office property in the Glover Park area of NW Washington, D.C. As towns across Connecticut are confronted with a housing crisis in which the need for affordable, multi-family homes far outweighs the supply that is currently available, Vessel Technologies is at the center of many new housing proposals in Simsbury, Granby and Glastonbury, with developments already underway in New London, Cheshire and Rocky Hill. Vessel is working to increase the amount of achievable housing options in towns that are lacking housing.

A joint venture between Landmark Properties and Manulife Investment Management has announced plans for The Mark at Tallahassee, an 859-bed development near the Florida State University campus in Tallahassee. The three-building community will offer fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities are set to include a rooftop clubhouse with an outdoor swimming pool, sun shelf, lounge seating, a grill station, fire pits and a jumbotron; a state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the university’s Doak Campbell football stadium; 24-hour study lounge; collaboration space; and bike storage. The project, which is being built by Landmark’s in-house general contractor Landmark Construction, is expected for completion in August 2025.
