The Praedium Group has acquired Livano Uptown, a 292-unit luxury multifamily community in Thonotosassa, Fla. from LIV Development. The property has been rebranded as Tessa Springs. Completed in 2023, the community comprises seven three-story buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 760 to 1,665 square feet. The property also features 5,000 square feet of office space and 17,000 square feet of retail.
