ReadySpaces, a provider of flexible warehouse space for small and mid-sized businesses, has signed a lease for the entire 110,300-SF building at 250 E. Sandford Boulevard, owned by Simone Development Companies in Mount Vernon, New York. ReadySpaces currently operates 32 warehouse facilities nationwide and serves over 2,000 businesses; the Mount Vernon facility will be the firm’s second in New York and fifth in the Tri-State area. Josh Gopan and Patrick Doyle represented Simone Development in-house in the lease transaction.

Arden Logistics Parks, Arden Group’s leading logistics real estate operating platform specializing in the acquisition, improvement and property management of light industrial business parks across the country, has acquired the Minneapolis Light Industrial Portfolio, a three-building, 361,428-SF portfolio of light industrial assets in the Minneapolis, MN region. The portfolio is currently 98% leased and represents the first Minneapolis acquisition for ALP as the company continues to expand into new markets.
