Jersey City is New Jersey’s fastest growing metropolis, says Metro New York in its Neighborhood Guide to Jersey City. Marty Brady of The Marketing Directors adds that 5,800 of 7,000 new housing units will be rental properties – the rest will be offered as condominiums. The Marketing Directors is also working on one of the area’s newest buildings 99 Hudson, which recently broke ground and is expected for delivery in 2019.
