Rubenstein Partners, in partnership with George Comfort & Sons, sold 181 Harbor Drive to The Melohn Group and Drake Street Partners for $33.5 million. The property is one of six buildings in Shippan Landing and is where clothing company Vineyard Vines had its 91,040-SF headquarters since 2015 and will remain in the space. Rubenstein ad George Comfort & Sons will maintain ownership of the five remaining buildings and move forward on a $40 million capital improvement program.

The Wall Street Journal reports on the unveiling of FC Cincinnati’s Major League Soccer arena, West End Stadium. The $250 million structure is the latest in a wave of more intimate soccer-only stadiums in the U.S. and will include 26,000 seats with an enclosed canopy roof that will protect every seat from rain, sleet or snow. There will also be a plaza for fans to enter the stadium and a standing cheering section. Populous is responsible for the design of the stadium.

KFF, a Korean food hall, signed a 15-year, 22,927-SF lease across three floors at Savitt Partners’ 218 West 40th Street. Brian Neugeboren, Nicole Goetz and Bob Savitt of Savitt Partners handled the deal in-house for the real estate firm and Winick Realty’s Young Byunn represented the tenant. Other tenants in the building include Free People, Urban Outfitters, Avery Dennison and The Art Institute of New York City.
