Kimmerle honored for design of biotech firm’s HQ in Jersey City

Kimmerle Newman Architects was recognized by the New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s New Good Neighbor Award for its design of a biotech firm’s new HQ in downtown Jersey City. Kimmerle oversaw the furnishing, branding and interior design of Scynexis’ 19,7245-SF office space at One Evertrust Plaza. The firm also won a Good Neighbor Award for the conversion of a three-story, 36,389-square-foot office building at 111 Littleton Road in Parsippany from a tired, Class C building into a modern Class A structure.

Raytheon leases space for 600 workers at Tewksbury's former Wang Labs
