The $250 million structure is the latest in a wave of more intimate soccer-only stadiums in the U.S. and will include 26,000 seats with an enclosed canopy roof that will protect every seat from rain, sleet or snow. There will also be a plaza for fans to enter the stadium and a standing cheering section. Populous is responsible for the design of the stadium.

Prana pays Related $36M in Bronx multifamily play
