Developers Savanna and Hornig Capital Partners are featured in Commercial Observer’s The Plan this week for the $12 million renovation of The Bruckner Building at 2417 Third Avenue in Mott Haven, Bronx. The old manufacturing building now features modern office space, with new systems and materials. Every floor of the property except the 7th has an 800-square-foot common lounge. A new phase, 18,000 SF of retail, is available on at the building’s base. The developers are creating space for an artisanal coffee shop, and possible a beer garden, event space and food tenants
