Local grocery chain Food Bazaar, a local grocery chain, has signed a 20-year, 45,885-SF lease at a new, 19-story affordable residential project at 201 East 125th Street in East Harlem. ABS Partners Real Estate’s Mark Tergesen and Joe Italiaander represented Food Bazaar in the deal. The grocery store will serve as the anchor tenant and plans to open in 2022.
