A 25,000-SF lease with Dick’s Sporting Goods brings the 21-story, 176,000-SF property to about 90% leased. Dick’s is the parent company of GameChanger, a top-rated youth platform for live streaming and other sports interaction; the company will occupy the 17th and 18th floors of Zero Irving.
