RAL Development Services, along with Junius Real Estate Partners have formed a joint venture to develop 124 East 14th Street in Manhattan, the site of a two-story P.C Richard store. The JV plans a 21-story tower called NYC Tech Hub, and will include a tech-focused training center and incubator run by Civic Hall, digitally attuned office space and a multi-vendor food hall by Urbanspace. The building will be heavily focused on tech. A JLL team headed by Mitchell Konsker will handle leasing.
