In South Orange, NJ, Jonathan Rose Cos. has launched its first ground-up development in New Jersey. The 215-unit Third & Valley is 30% leased, and offers many of the same amenities as the state’s newest luxury rentals. The project was built in conjunction with Bozzuto, a real estate and property management firm, and Torti Gallas & Partners was the architect.

The 152-acre Sanctuary Park office complex in Alpharetta, Ga has been acquired by Rubenstein Partners for $265m. The purchase includes nine mid-rise buildings and undeveloped land zoned for as much as 750,000 SF of additional properties. JLL’s Jeff Bellamy and Adam Viente will head up Sanctuary Park’s leasing.
